Center for Nonviolent CommunicationMake fewer communication messes and learn the tools to clean up the ones you make in ways that don't create defensiveness, attacks or people walking away angry. The Center for Nonviolent Communication, (CNVC) also called Compassionate Communication, is a global organization whose vision is a world where everyone's needs are met peacefully. Our mission is to contribute to this vision by living and teaching the process of NVC which strengthens the ability of people to compassionately connect with themselves and one another, share resources and resolve conflicts.

Sylvia Haskvitz has been a trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication since 1989 and offers workshops, phone sessions, corporate trainings and email editing for clarity and connection. She lives in Tucson and travels often to meet with clients throughout the U.S. and abroad. Contact Sylvia Haskvitz, 520 572-9295, www.nvcaz.com (AZ network) and www.cnvc.org (International network).

Resources: Sylvia's book, Eat by Choice, not by Habit and the audio version (www.cdbaby.com) and she has many other MP3 downloads available at NVC Training.
